Return Conditions
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund.
Once your return request has been approved, you must dispatch the returned goods within 7 calendar days. Returns shipped after this period may be refused.
Conditions for a Refund
To qualify for a refund, returned products must meet all of the following conditions:

The item must be returned in its original product (retail) packaging, with all price tags and labels still attached.
(This refers to the original product packaging and not the outer shipping carton.) -
If the original product packaging is missing or damaged, a restocking fee of 10% may be applied.

No refund will be granted if the item has been used, or if the yellow security tag has been removed, altered, or damaged.

All zippers must remain sealed, and the white protective dust bag (for leather bags) must be returned.

Items showing signs of use will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Items returned in a used condition will not be returned to the customer.
Return Shipping Costs

Orders returned from Belgium and the Netherlands:
Returns are free of charge. -
Orders returned from other countries:

Non-fashion items (Business, Travel):
€10 return fee will be deducted from the refund. -
Fashion items:
€5 return fee will be deducted from the refund.

A prepaid DPD return label will be provided.
If the customer chooses to return the goods using a different carrier, a valid tracking number must be provided.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
